Getting started on your fitness journey with livebeingfit.com is quick and easy. Once you sign up and verify your email, we will require you to fill in a fitness assessment questionnaire (takes about 3-4 minutes) so we can recommend a programme that would best suit your fitness needs and goals. You can either go with the recommendation we make, or choose a different programme with just one click. The next step is to complete the payment procedure and voila! Your programme will be waiting for you on your dashboard. It really is that simple to take control of your health and fitness.
We believe it takes a village. We believe in supporting one another in our individual and unique fitness journeys. And that’s one of the reasons we created the community forums: to build a community of like-minded individuals. Moreover, we are always here to answer any questions you might have specifically about your programme or even generally about health and fitness. At the end of your programme you can choose to continue your fitness journey by purchasing another programme that can cater to a new, fitter you! As with the first programme, we will assess your fitness level and recommend a programme that works best for you at a discounted price. Alternatively, if you already know which programme you want, you can go ahead and sign up for it. If you feel like you need a break before you start the next programme, that’s absolutely fine. We believe that fitness is a holistic approach that include exercise, nutrition, and mindset but goes beyond to include all areas of our life, but we also understand you know needs better so we allow purchase of standalone plans.
That depends on your current weight. If your weight falls within the healthy range for your body type, then you can expect to notice only a slight change in your weight. However, it is important to keep in mind that weight loss is not the only measure of progress during a fitness programme. Focusing on weight loss in the short term is precisely the mindset livebeingfit aims to subvert. There are several other measures that better measure improvement in fitness levels and we provide progress tracking tools that do exactly that. So you can measure your progress over the coming 12 weeks in more ways than just weight.
Absolutely! It’s never too late to start exercising and eating well! Just ensure that you consult your doctor before your begin, and then we can recommend a programme for you to get started.
That depends. First and foremost, we recommend that you consult your doctor before starting any exercise programme. If your doctor gives you the go ahead, then the next step is to determine which of our programme would best suit your current fitness level. Upon signing up with us, we’ll get you to fill in a questionnaire that’ll help us make a personalised programme recommendation that meets your needs and you can get started!
Absolutely! You can do the exercises at any time of day, or night. All you need to do is fit 45 minutes into your current schedule. We have deliberately made our programme easy and flexible because we think you shouldn’t have to miss out just because you have to work while others sleep. If you are a shift worker, we suggest that you ensure you get 7-8 hours of sleep everyday because shift workers have been shown to get less sleep on average, and this has an adverse impact on overall health.
Of course! We don’t provide weight loss programme. That’ not what we do. All our programmes are fitness programme that focus on improving overall fitness of body and mind. Our nutrition plans, in particular, are created to provide the range and variety of nutrients that the body needs in order to function optimally. So, if you’re in the healthy weight range for your body type, then you can expect only mild fluctuation in your weight and a significant improvement in your fitness as you go through the programme.
Absolutely. Our programmes are entirely mobile. All you need is your laptop or smartphone. You need to find about 45 minutes a day and you can work out in your hotel room or friend’s place or in a park.

We have several programmes that cater to a wide range of fitness levels and needs. All you have to do is choose an At Home Programme or a Running Programme, and we’ll recommend a personalised programme that best fits your current fitness level. And if you think you want to choose a programme other than the one we recommend then you’re free to do so too!

Before you start any fitness programme you should consult your doctor. At this point, we are in the process of developing pre-natal and post-natal fitness programmes to cater specifically to pregnant women. Stayed tuned to learn more very soon!
In case you are carrying an injury, will need to consult your doctor before you start a fitness routine. Once you get an OK from your doctor we can do an assessment to determine which programme would suit your needs best. We don’t currently provide any programmes that target relief and rehabilitation for specific injuries. However we do plan on developing such programmes in the future, so stayed tuned to learn more!
No. We deliver every aspect of our service directly to you, either via our website, email or via app. So you don’t need any other social network, portal or forum membership whatsoever. We will keep you updated about the latest goings on related to your programme, livebeingfit and general news about health and fitness directly, so you never need to worry about going to different websites or social networks. You get all your information in one place!
The short answer is no. Our fitness programmes have been carefully designed to progress in a certain way over the course of 12 weeks to deliver the best result to you. Stopping the programme midway means that you will be unable to pick up where you left off, so to speak.
No. The only prep you need to do is make a commitment to yourself to improve you fitness. That’s it. We’ve got everything else after than covered. Whether is the exercise or nutrition plan, and the mediation or mindset plans, we provide everything you need to complete the programme.

In developing and creating our plans we adopted a holistic, balanced and scientific approach. In addition, functional fitness is a guiding in all our exercise plans. Every programme is a mix of different kinds of exercise such yoga, pilates, isometrics and calisthenics to name a few. And we kick up the intensity by incorporating HIIT, movement and circuit training to get the best out of you. So in any given week, you’ll be working on improving your overall strength, cardio, flexibility, coordination, and core strength. All this, in only 45 minutes a day!
A fitness programme that has a direct and tangible improvement in the quality and course of your everyday life is ‘functional’. Exercises that improve flexibility and core strength have a tangible impact on how well we move and how that affects our energy levels through the day. By supplementing that with core strengthen exercises to improve posture we improve our alertness and productivity through the day. Fitness needs to relate to our lives well beyond our exercise session. All our fitness programme are developed to do just that.
No. You don’t need a gym membership, or any special exercise equipment. All the exercises on your plan can be done at home, in a hotel room if you’re travelling or in the park if you feel like working out outdoors. We have done this deliberately so you don’t have to spend ages stuck in traffic commuting to a gym. We believe fitness should be easily accessible and as convenient as possible to establish it as part of our everyday lives. Plus, who wants to be stuck in traffic everyday!
At the moment we provide two kinds of programmes At Home, and Running. We are currently in the process of developing programme that cater to more specific needs such as those of pregnant women and athletes. Stay tuned for more updates in the near future!
The running programmes consist of three days a week of running and three days a week of cross-training to make you a faster, stronger runner. The cross-training routine can all be done at home without any equipment and take about 45 minutes a day. Of course, the running part of your programme will need you to step out and hit the road!
Your exercise plan contains workouts for six days every week over the full 12 weeks. On any given day, your workout will take about 45 minutes including warm, the main exercise schedule, cool down as well as the meditation activity for the day.
All our exercise programmes use your body weight as resistance as opposed to exercise equipment or free weights. Using body weight as the resistance has the added advantage of naturally suiting your needs as opposed to free weights. The workouts have been designed so you can do all the exercise to the best of your ability for the prescribed amount of time. The thing to always keep in mind is that you need to work to best of your ability as opposed to comparing with what someone else may be doing.
You don’t need to have prior knowledge about the exercises on your exercise plan. We’ve got you covered! We provide instructional exercise videos and images for each and every exercise on your plan. The videos and images clearly demonstrate how to perform the exercise with the correct form and technique so you can get the most out of each exercise while reducing the risk of injury. The voiceovers give clear and concise instructions so you can learn the safest and most effective way to perform the exercise.
The whole point of our programme is to help you get, be, and feel fit in your body and mind. So no, you don’t need to be fit before you start. Our personalised fitness programmes cater to a range of fitness levels, and we’ll recommend one that suits your current fitness level whether you are a novice or someone with experience with regular exercise.

And here’s the best part, we provide south Indian, north Indian and continental options for each and every meal on your plan so you’ll always be spoilt for choice! And there’s more! You’ll have access to thousands of recipes that are bound to make a chef out of a novice by giving detailed instruction on the portions and proportions that go into each meal.

We know that you social life is important. We also know that for a nutrition plan to work and be inculcated into everyday life, it needs to be realistic and minimally disruptive. That’s why, every Saturday we allow you to go off the plan (sensibly!) and enjoy your friends and family over dinner.
When personalising your nutrition plan, we take your lifestyle and physical activity into account to ensure you get the right portions and proportions of the various nutrients that body needs to function optimally. So we don’t recommend that you go off the plan except on those days that are scheduled in your plan. However, we understand that you might you go off the plan for some unavoidable reasons. In such cases, the important thing is to get back on the horse straight away.
Spending time engaging with the food we eat and seeing what goes into preparing it makes a huge difference in the way we perceive and consume food. It is an important step in understanding good nutrition. Having said that, if you don’t have much experience cooking then you need not worry! We provide detailed recipes that will guide through the process and make the whole cooking process as painless as possible. And in time, we bet you’ll be experimenting and adding your own twists to the recipes!

The mindset plan consists of two elements: Daily, audio-guided meditation Weekly mindset activities The meditations range from about 6-8 minutes and are created to be done at the end of your daily workout. However, we encourage you do the meditations even at other times during the day, just after you lunch break at work, for instance.
In addition to daily meditations, the mindset plan consists of unique weekly activities that are created to help you connect deeper with yourself in order to get the most out of your programme. They provide practical tips, tools, insights and advice on how best to engage fully with the programme. They are great source of motivation and are created to help you sustain your best efforts throughout the programme and beyond in applying the technique to other areas of life that go beyond fitness to include, for example, your professional life.
Any process of change, any fitness journey, begins with the right mindset. It takes the working together of the body and mind to sustain the process. The mindset plan is developed to hone and strengthen the mind you so can push yourself to the best of your ability and bring about an assertiveness and balance in your fitness practice and beyond.
Meditation promotes, among other things, a strong connection between the body and mind. It builds a greater sense of awareness about the body enabling us to know ourselves and our bodies much more intimately. During exercise we’ve engaged with and push our body leading to a state where we are ‘living in the body’ a lot more intensely than through the course of the day. Doing a short and punchy meditation session during this phase bolsters the mind-body connect much more and can give results disproportionately in our favour.
Yes! You don’t need to have any prior experience with meditation. Meditation can seem daunting due to the various cultural associations with it. However, it takes only a few minutes a day to start your practice and with our guided meditations we make the whole experience easy and convenient. The instructions guide you through the entire meditation, all you need to do is simply follow the instructions to get the benefit!
The audio-guided meditation plan is six days a week and takes about 6-8 minutes a day at the end of the workout. That being said, we encourage you to do the meditation as many times during the day as you feel like. Regular meditation has been linked with mindfulness, increase in productivity and creativity. So while the minimum is 6-8 minutes, six days a week, the maximum is completely up to you!
When we first began developing the mindset plan we wanted to address the issues commonly faced while undertaking a fitness programme. As we progressed, we found it inevitable that we needed to address questions that go beyond fitness to include other areas of our lives. The mindset plan helps you connect deeper with yourself in order to get the most out of your programme while creating a balanced approach in your fitness practice. Practical tips on being regular with exercise and meditation as well as cultivating healthy eating habits provided through the mindset plan. Moreover, we integrated the plan closely with the rest of the programme to empower you in all every way in pursuing your goals.
The mindset activities are scheduled once a week, on Sunday. Depending on the activity they can take anywhere between 15 minutes and 40 minutes. In some cases, you might some of the mindset activities enable you to plan and manage your time more effectively in which case you can, of course, choose to do them more often.

Yes. If for some reason you are unable to continue the programme, you can cancel it and come back when you are ready. The refund amount is determined pro rata after deducting an administration fee.
